First of all you sound pretty young and should not be concerned when you have sex. To men sex is sex but to women it is something very special that they will only like to share with someone they deeply care for or love. Another thing if your disrespecting her like you say what makes you think you deserve anything like sex first off to move to that next step it first takes commitment on your end and it also takes some time
you also have tom understand alot of women don't just do it because they have the worry of pregnancy. So think about that if you care for this lady do what you can to show her that stop standing her up as you said its her car. Put yourself in her shoes and then think would I give up to this guy who doesn't care about my time and my needs? Girls are confusing and they take alot longer to get to stuff that us guys want to rush into.

Two months isn' that long. Respect her until she's ready. And about her family and such, just cause its her car doesn't mena its any easier to get away. Maybe she's helping her mother out with something- cut her some slack. If it really bothers you ask her to call you if she sees she's gonna be late.
