Well, no. Kissing is subjective. One person may be a good kisser to someone and a horrible kisser to another. If you can unwrap a Starburst with your tongue you have an agile tongue, that's all.

Opening a starburst in your mouth has NO bearing whatsoever on being a good kisser.

There is a five-fold kiss, but it isn't between a priest and any girl, it's with the High Priestess and the High Priest of some traditions of Wicca. The kiss is more ritualistic than sexual, although it does acknowledge the sexual characteristics of the body, which those of earth-based religions do not see as bad or dirty. It's not porno or anything; it's simply a ritual. It's not like everyone's sitting around getting ready to have sex around them; contrary to popular belief, we do not have pulbic sex/orgies any more often than anyone from other religions.

YEAH! I mean we all have to take a test to see if we are great kissers. Yeah right. Each individual person has a special way to kiss. There really is no right or wrong way to kiss (depending if you totally miss his/her mouth). I really hate it when guys tell us that we are better kissers than another. We are all great in every way.

I'm not sure about that one. But I heard that if you can tie a cherry stem in a knot in your mouth, you're a good kisser.
