Define "best" (is it the cheapest, the most secure, or the easiest to access?), "store" (do you intend to store data for backup purposes only or do you need routine read and write access to your data storage?), "data" (is it a collection of files, a database, an e-mail archive, or a combination of two or more of the above?), and "online" (do you want to access it strictly from your Web browser, or from select applications, such as database clients, or would you like a full-blown off-site extension to your local network?)...
The low-end is shared Web hosting. For under $10 a month, you get an FTP-accessible file store, a database engine, and the ability to build Web access to your data. Access to the database will probably be limited to scripts that reside on your Web site (i.e., no direct remote access). The total data storage capacity (including both files and databases) is usually several gigabytes, but you usually can extend it for a few extra bucks per month.
The high-end is dedicated servers. For $200 a month, you get a server with, say, 1 GB of memory and 80 GB of disk space, and complete freedom in doing whatever you want with it. So you could potentially expose your databases to remote clients, create a file storage accessible directly through Windows Explorer, and do all kinds of neat stuff...

I suggest going to someone like GoDaddy, who has an online file system which you just pay the monthly charges.

That page has some of the file packages that you may be interested in. If that doesn't do it, I'd suggest contacting them directly, and I'm sure they can fix you up.
I hope this helps.

Do a yahoo search. There are tons of websites who, for a monthly fee, allow you to store you information. One site I know of actually does automatic updates of the your folders. www.datadepositbox.com.
Its very easy to set up and maintain. All done online. Good luck.
