El Nino shifts the jet stream down through the lower United States bringing much higher than expected precipitation, but not generally cooler temperatures. The areas affected most by El Nino are southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
In Florida I would expect to see slightly lower than average temperatures with some low dipping below the frost level. This is not uncommon in El Nino years.

Florida never gets colder than 45 degrees farhenheit or 7 degrees celcius. Check out www.weather.ca and type in what city u live in florida on the top left part of the screen. It is canadian owned and gives more of a description on american cities than www.weather.com which is american owned.
