communicate with him, ask him to go to therapy with you,if he refuses than you must assume he isn't interested in reconciliation, and at that point see an attorney, get a support system of trusted friends, family or people from your church.it takes tieme to get over a hurt, seems like when this happens we are in a daze, first denying it, than getting mad, than we enter into this depression, sometimes directed at ourselves. but this was a choice your husband made, has nothing to do with your self worth. it has more to do with his thinking, and decisions.i personally would move on if he refused to go to therapy, also if he isn't remorseful for this, or refuses to take responsibility, i would say there was no where to go with the marriage, and it would be time to get a divorce for your own sanity. no one deserves this from your spouse. just remember u deserve better, and if he is unwilling to stop what he's doing than you have to get out of it so u can feel better.

1. Get a lawyer.
2. Get a divorce
3. GET AN AIDS TEST

Don't put up with this sh*t for another minute. You are worth so much more. Remember the part of the marriage vows that says: "Honor" and "respect"? He has done neither. Kick him to the curb - yesterday.

Ask him to bring her home so you can have a threesome and SHOW him who is the better woman!!! You will drive him wild and over the edge and he will worship the ground you walk on.
