A nerd is just nerdy. A kind of geek, but rather in their own world. Doesn't care how they look, a bit dumfounded by everyday social stuff. You can't expect too much from them.

A geek is a kind of nerd, but has possibilities. Sometimes they have a speciality like computers and accounting, but basically, it's all the unexciting stuff. They do try to dress stylishly, but they have no style at all, or friends with style! If you were wanting to adopt one, try a geek first, lots of time they are talented and smart.

A dork is someone who sits in the bathtub and bites their farts. That should give you an idea of their amusement level and intelligence. Too, they are not stylish and have less hope to be than a even a nerd.

Hope that helps!

Nerd, as a stereotypical or archetypal designation, refers to somebody who passionately pursues academic and intellectual interests at the expense of social traits such as interpersonal communication, fashion, hygiene and physical fitness.

A geek is a person who is fascinated, perhaps obsessively, by obscure or very specific areas of knowledge and imagination, usually electronic or virtual in nature.

A dork is a person who is deemed 'quirky', 'different', or 'eccentric' by others of a purportedly higher social standing. A dork may be poorly adjusted to their environment or be otherwise out of touch with the local social scene.

A geek is the worst.

A nerd is just smart...a geek lacks complete social skills...a dork is just a little goofy.
