The War On Terror is certainly not over. So, any comments concerning our military that are less than flattering would be considered ill advised. However, there are more than military personnel in Iraq. The military will come home when the War On Terror is over. Since we can see that terrorism is still going strong even here in America, we should focus on the War On Terror and not governing other countries after we oust their Tyrant. Terror moves so why don't our troops. That is what Kerry was referring to. Bush declared the War On Terror. This will allow him to occupy Iraq until we have received full payment for the rebuilding of "proper civilization". The War On Terror is not about oil it is about control.
