well I mean that I am already 27 and I don't know how to start a relatioship with a girl coz today unfortunately it has become impossible to feel in love with someone. I tried once but I failed even though I am, or I try to be a nice person everytime.

Why not? Many girlfriends become wives. Many relationships start out as friendships and evolve into something deeper and more meaningful. Time spent with this person will either bring positive or negative discoveries. You may discover that there is no one on earth as wonderful as this friend and that in fact, you have grown to love her. She may then become your wife.
With the additional details:
Usually relationships don't happen in a mysterious way. You join a church, a club, take a class, volunteer. You make yourself available in a variety of group settings and from there a meeting can take place, friendships are made, friendships are established, opportunities present themselves, whereby you can find someone to share your mutual interests and enjoyments. There is someone out there looking for a nice guy, a genuine person with whom they can share their life. You sound like a person someone would love to meet. Take heart, have more faith in yourself and what you are. Someone will love you and you will love them.

I don't know what you really mean, but maybe you meant you can't find a girlfriend that is potential wife material. If that's the case, eventually one will come along.
