Depending on the amount of time you have you can meet with these people more than once. Have a questionaer for them to fill out. LEt people know ahead of time about doing there part in cleaning the place up and keeping it that way. Have them sign a "will not be a slob" contract.

maybe friend you know or classmates you know. other wise offer the rooms to people on a probation period. like 2 months that way if it doesn't work, you can kick them to the curb. make sure you inform all parties of the house rules like cleaning ,food parties etc.

First, make sure you know yourself. Different people have had various effects on my level of cleanliness, because I respect the standards they have.
Different people have gotten more calls home when I was to be late, out of courtesy, because the situations presented to me required certain levels of involvement.
You can teach quite a few people how to treat you and your home.
Are you up to it?

Get references and check them before making a decision. If possible, try to get work references, employers are more honest than friend/family references.
