I would like to find a lady who would like to assist me in buying clothes and helping me with make up and us dressing together and going out. Would love to hear from all ladies. Thanks, Barbara

Well, while I can't go shopping with you, I do have some advice. If you are looking to pass in public, then I'd like to give you some advice. In order to pass without being read, the most basic thing you need to do is to play down all masculine traits while playing up all feminine ones. That means:
1) You must shave, close and thoroughly.
2) You should stick to dresses or skirts (no slacks)
3) Makeup is a must (it doesn't have to be garish, in fact, I would avoid over-doing it, but distinct makeup will be a must. If you need some advice in makeup tips, consider a consultation with a Mary Kay Rep.--if you can find one that won't be judgemental).
4) Nice heels and hose....your legs can look beautiful if you put on a nice heel. Heck, that's why women wear them.
5) No square necklines. It will accentuate broad shoulders. Stick with boat neck or simple scoop neck. Not too low since cleavage can be an issue.
6) No cap to 3/4 length sleeves...it can make your arms look longer and bigger. Nice long sleeves, even if the material is see-through, will help soften their appearance.
7) If you have to keep your hair masculine, then invest in a good wig. Stick close to your natural hair color so as to avoid your natural hair standing out against the color of the wig.

Most important, have fun and enjoy. Society is too uptight, so if you can, ignore the masses and let the girl inside show through. There ARE women who will love you for it. :)
