Get into resistance training. I know a lot of women shy away from weight training because they think they will develope big bulky muscle, but it physically impossible. Women don't produce enough of the muscle building hormone testosterone to develope big muscle. Try it and see if your shape doesn't change. I use to be very slim from lots or cardio and I was just like you. I got a trainer and starting lifting weights and it made a huge difference.

Dont worry
I too was very skinny /slim until I reached around 35 years old
hormones changed, I worked out and I've had very nice womanly curves ever since

To make the impression that you have curves, you can wear tops with ruffles or ruching, this makes your bust look bigger. As far as your bottom half, maybe layering clothes would work. If you want a more permanent solution, maybe try yoga or something similar as this builds muscle tone, but not bulky looking.

Wear more layers! Layering builds more shape, and if you cinch it off with a big belt on the waist, you'll have a great curvy figure.

Eat more food! It's always the thick girls who want to look skinny and there is control top panty hose, corsets and diet pills but honey i have no advice on how to look curvier!

try working out to build more muslce and doing lunges and squats and stuff to give u more booty. Or just eat lots of Mexican food thats what did it for me!

get a corset wear a belt at your waist stuff like that stuff that is tighter at your waists makes you seem to have a fab figure
