Pop them out with a screw driver . Dont hammer into the edges. go right into the middle of it and pop it out . then just tap the new ones in .

Hit it near the edge and it will pivot in the hole so you can yank it out with pliers. Clean up the hole and coat the inside with locktite Then drive the new plug in with a socket that just fits into the plug.

same way you would on any other engine block... its a PITA to do tho.... remove remains of old one, and tap the new one into place
