Hi Guys...How can I add a forum to my flash site? also is it easy to have an admin system on a site?

I'm a flash designer, but I don't know much about Server side technologies...forums,chat rooms, admin system..are they easy to integrate?

There are a number of freeware software packages out there - phpBB, for example. They're generally pretty easy to set up and administer.
