Express that you honestly don't appreciate the action of being called by men that you don't know, that it bothers you that it's not something you feel good having done to you. It's against your wishes, and anyone that really cares about you really should have consideration for how and what you feel; your feelings should not be disregarded. How anyone treats you speaks to how little or how much they that they think of you.

You just need to ask them to stop because its inappropriate. You don't know these men. I think that's dangerous and irresponsible of your friends to do that to you.
If they continue, you might need to consider making new friends, because real friends wouldn't put you in that position.

Be straight with them, change your number and dont give it to them! Tell them you will make your own dates.

I'd tell them point blank to stop, and if they don't I'd change my number and not give it to them. If they don't stop they really aren't your friends.
