Yes punish him, you sit down with your feet up and a nice drink in your hand and make him stand and iron all your clothes for you.

yes when he is in a different room and the cd isnt playing grab it and throw it out of a window.
or accidently scratch the cd. so it jumps a bit. that'll annoy him.
