As much details as you could add would be awesome!! I am 23..... what would be goood for going out to dinner and what about just lounging around the house.

Everybody has their own taste in what is 'hot' and what is not. But if you're asking me, a guy definitely has to wear a nice button down shirt like from Calvin Klein or Express. If you have a nice toned, cut body, wear it kinda tight. But NOT skinned tight or else you'll look gay. A nice, not too tight and not too loose pair of dark dress pants along with a matching belt to tuck in your shirt. For shoes, either some casual Steve Maddens or low cut boots from Timberland. For accessories, maybe a watch? OR a pair of aviator sunglasses! Thats HOTTT*
and lounging around the house, how about just your pj's with your shirt off!

Khaki's are always nice and a nice button down in a great fabric. Blue looks great with khaki. If you want more dressy go with a dark pant in navy charcoal or black paired with a crisp white button down shirt. Clean chic dress shoes a must.
For home I love fleece pants and turtlenecks. Especially crew type pant legs are much more stylish than the gathered-around-the-ankle look. A fresh clean and masuline cologne like Nautica or Allure for men to top iot off.

Try a pair of khaki pants and a button down shirt, untucked with the sleeves rolled up a bit, with some nice shoes (not tennis shoes). I always think that guys look awesome if they look like they aren't trying too hard!

i think a long sleeve botton up shirt(with a white t-shirt under) with a pair of jeans and a white pair of shoes.and maybe a hat that matches what you're wearing.it also depends on your style of dressing and where you are planning to go to dinner at.and to just wear around your house wear some sweats and a t-shirt.well i hope i helped you out alittle that's what i think looks hot on any kind of guy.good luck

personally it would have to be stylish shirt and tank top (sounds grim but it really works) with some smart designer jeans and well polished shoes.
