Yes, there is a country called Zimbabwe in Africa. It is a former British Colony and it was previously known as Rhodesia. It borders South Africa. There president is Robert Mugabe and he is a real nut case in my opinion. Zim is a really beautiful country but I do not recommend it as a family holiday destination, too much politics. Maybe you should have a look at a atlas now and then mate.

Zimbabwe, officially the Republic of Zimbabwe, and formerly known as the Republic of Rhodesia, is a landlocked country in the southern part of the continent of Africa, between the Zambezi and Limpopo rivers. It borders South Africa to the south, Botswana to the west, Zambia to the northwest, and Mozambique to the east. The name Zimbabwe derives from "dzimba dzemabwe" meaning "houses of stone" in the Shona language. Its use as the country's name is a tribute to Great Zimbabwe, site of the capital of the Munhumutapa Empire.

I thought this was a joke... Do you watch the news (wait is it even on international news?) Uncle Bob is the president of the (once) fine land of Zimbabwe (formally a British colony) and is only one of two countries (or states) own by a private individual (a Mr Penn owned the other but I'll let you figure out what that was)
Was known for tobacco farms and Victoria Falls...

Yes Zimbabwe does exist. Even though there is no telling for how much longer considering how CRAZY the president (Robert Mugabe) is. The man is single-handedly destroying a once beautiful country that had great potential. It is a modern-day tragedy

Yes there is and used to be a British Colony called Rhodesia.
It was founded by one Mr. Rhodes who was searching for
gold but found diamonds instead. British settlers in Zimbabwe
are in an awkward position at present since the local natives
are threatening to take over their farmland, and some have
succeeded. Negotiations are under way.

What's left of it... It's an autocracy run by a mad old fart called Mugabe who gave the country the highest economic inflation rate in the world (1050%) after chasing almost all commercial farmers off their land and now has almost no agricultural crop.
Oh, he's also one of the ANC's (South African ruling party's) great friends...
