My husband is pretty shy and introverted, however, he works a job that he has to work with clients all day long. And it is a commission job so he gets paid more, the better he does. Anyway, because of this, he comes home at night and is completely drained. Because of this his sex drive isn't what it was in college, I am hoping someone can give me some advice on how I can get him to relax a little when he gets home so maybe I can get that going again!!! Any advice welcome!

Romance the pants off of him. You be the guy! Bubble baths, massages (with oil is so much more fun), nice dinners to come home too! Do you work too, then its harder for you, but if you have the energy ride him all night long he won't have to do much! Enjoy!

I'm not shy but I am also introverted. What he is doing when he comes home is completely normal. For me...I don't like the constant people interaction that I get on a daily basis from my job, but I do understand that it is necessasry in order to pay my bills. At the end of the day all I want to do is come home and be alone to regenerate for the next day. Sometimes sex is the last thing on my mind. I just need to be alone. maybe you can be the first to initiate instead of waiting for him. Constant people interaction is draining for someone that is introverted. Introverts need lots of alone time in order to feel energized while extrverts need constant people interaction in order to feel energized.

Draw a nice bath with candles and maybe some of his favorite music, and get in with him. Then start making out with him, or rubbing/scratching his back. Or shower with him. If he is tired after that, then he must really be drained...and I suggest waiting for the weekends. My husband worked 12-14 hour days in the oilfield in the elements, and he wasn't that drained to not have sex...so I don't have anymore advice for you, other than that. Good luck :)

Try making a date with him. Set the mood, let him relax in a hot tub... give him a drink, rub his shoulders,, it's a start.
