Nope. At the very least, one would have to define a Crusade (and there is no such thing as a Judeo-Christian Crusade, anymore than there is a Christian-Islamic Crusade, or a Judeo-Islamic Crusade) as an action to expand the borders of the faith. At best, the plantation of democracy in the Middle East allows for greater opprotunity for Christians to convert followers, but the same can be said of Taoists if Democracy comes to the Middle East.

Thus, with no specific furtherment of the faith, no.

In order to identify a "Judeo-Christian Crusade" in whatever guise you would have to identify and qualify unity of purpose and an overall design. That does not exist; it is not demonstrable. There are no shadowy plots here. Just reaction to need, threat & circumstances. Democracy won't work in the entire Middle East either. That is demonstrable. There is neither smoking gun nor new world order plot to unearth.

I dont think so. I think some in power may use Christianity as a mask to do what they think is best for the economy or well being of our country. In other words, the motivations are secular, non religious, but they try to gain support through using "Christian" language. Check out the book "God's Politics" by Jim Wallis to see a well rounded view of current, western Christianity and its relationship with current politics and the war.
