Keyboard: wrap the line around it and pack it away
Mouse: Do the same thing as the mouse.
Monitor: Wrap the electrical cord around the base; if flat screen around the stand base. If flat screen, don't lay it on the front part.
Tower/Bay: unplug all cords from it and simply pack it and move it.

I move mine into a different room every winter where it's warmer (not exactly the same thing, I know), but it's easy - you just have to switch off and unplug everything, and then make sure you get all the bits back in the right holes. Always worked for me.

Computers really aren't all that delicate. Just unhook everything and put it in a box. Just make sure you don't set the screen up against anything.

Is your computer gay or lesbian? Because that is where you asked the question.
