it doesn't really mean anything. people just put it on there because they don't want to put their real age. and that's the biggest number that you can put.

Your page is privet unless your 18 so if you put 99 everyone can look at your page but of course we know their not really 99 so that must mean they are under 18....I'm just guessing =P

If you are talking about in their names its because the name they wanted was taken so they add a random number on the end like "bobrules" to "bobrules99" or if you ment in their age it's because they don't wan't to or let people know their age so they put in some random number

its just a random age they pick and almost like a fad for lying about their age so nobody knows how old they really are

it usually meand so people cant search for them by age, so they cant be found as easy, its usually girls that do it, so 1000's of guys dont harass them
