hey, been there and done that. The best time is day 14, 15 &16 after the 1st day of your period. After trying for a few yrs then being referred and getting my cycle regulated the advice of the fertility clinic worked. Thats only if you have a regular 28 day cycle. If not ask your doc. Good luck and have fun trying xx

The most fertile time of any female human being is during her ovulation time. This is the period when her eggs (ovum) is released from her ovary. The rule of thumb is the middle of the menstral cycle.most women see their mensis every 28 days.OVULATION-most fertile time is about the 14th day after the last menstral period.A few days before and after this 14th day are also fertile periods. You could also determin the sex of your intended baby by choosing an earlier or later time in the fertile period.

Carla, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released. That is the most fertile time.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I'm also trying to concieve and the best way to go about it is to go to tips on concieving on the computer search and it will bring you to a website and on the right of the page there is something that says ovulation calender, and it asks you a few ?'s about your last preiod and such and it will give you a printout of your most fertile days. It's really helpful.

when you ovulate...if you don't know when that is it is the time of the month usually 14 days after the first day of your period. An easier way to tell is it is the time of the month when you feel the sexiest and most confident. And it is about a 4 day window.

Ovulation is usually about 14 days after your period. There are calculators on the web that help you figure out the best time of the month to try. Here's one that tells you the best days to try for the next 5 months:

Hope it helps. Good luck and don't forget to have fun!

I would say just as you have finished a period or very shortly after, thats when i have found to be a good time for me and doctors have also advised that to but you can buy a test that tells you when your best time is, its called an ovulation kit.
Good luck!
