I dont know, I did when I was pregnant, of course my husband loved that. But once I got so big we had to move around a little trying to find something that wouldnt hurt.

when a woman is pregnant she gets more blood flow to the genitals, which hightens an orgasm and makes it feel better. Some people don't think it feels better, some do.

Though the orgasms may be better, a woman may or may not want any penetration or any other physical contact for that matter.

Not all pregnant women want it a lot...I don't want 'it' at all, And haven't since finding out I was pregnant. :-) Lol.
