My question is...what can i do to control it...i know i wont beable to do much with it when my tummy's the size of my couch. But i also don't want to go around looking like i got a bad case of something...know what I mean

I know how that is! I'm 32 weeks pregnant and it is a pain in the butt to try and shave my crotch and legs! Especially my crotch, because I can't even see the darn thing anymore! Once it grows out a little it doesn't itch much anymore...it's usually the first week or two after shaving. If you let it grown a out a little, and just trim it (not shave it off completely) I know it might not look how you'd like, but it's easier to manage, and if you have a spouse or bf/fiance living with you, maybe ask them for a little help! That's what I do...I told my fiance that if he wants me to look nice down there, then he's gotta help with the maintenance, haha! Or, you could get it waxed...I'm not sure how that is (I heard it hurts like hell) but It would prevent it from growing back as fast and reduce that itchy feeling down there.

Good luck and congrats on the pregnancy! :)

get a non slip bench the kind that goes in the bathtub and it will be much easier, or sit on the toilet and try to get it done there.
You can also do a kind of acrobatics and go from back and under but you wont get that good a shave.
You may not have all that big of a tummy so it might not be that hard since youve kept up with it all this time..there gonna shave you very well when you go to give birth!

Either let it grow, or have your husband help when your tummy starts to get in the way. It's natural for it to itch when it starts growing back, not much you can do about it except keep shaving. Best of luck and congrats on your baby!

LOL...LOL...LOL!!!!
I JUST got out of the shower, And while doing this very thing, Was wondering 'I wonder how many other pregnant women have trouble with this'...I as well, Can't stand to let the hair grow back, It DOES indeed itch uncontrollably....And with me being 38wks along it's almost impossible to do it on my own...BUT, I have accomplished it, It takes A LOT longer, And you don't always get it all...But it can be done, You just have to have LOTS of Patience and hope for the best outcome! Lol.....

Unless of course, You trust someone else to have a sharp object close to 'that area'...My fiance has offered to do it for me, But I'm a little skittish about letting him! Lol...

Good luck, And if you come up w/any great techniques, PLEASE let me know! ;-)

lol.... I am 8 months pregnant now and have a very hard time shaving there. As i did the last time I was pregnant as well. I always shave without seeing it so I kind of feel as I go of course I probably miss a few spots but its better than having a jungle. My husband offered to do it for me because i kept complaining i cant see over my belly but I dont think I would be to comfortable with that it would hurt awfully bad if he cut me so I stuck to my own method but having your partner do it might work for you. Good luck!

very effectively: i positioned my leg up at the part of the tub, practice shaving cream, and shave. im handiest 15 weeks four days with #two, but if i used to be pregnant with my son i by no means had a predicament. the one time i couldnt see what i used to be doing was once looking to shave my bikini subject, however for that i simply used a replicate.

It only itches for a few days, by then it grows out and won't bother you anymore. Just leave it alone and let it grow out.

have your significant other hold a mirror while you sit on the toilet and do it yourself using the mirror as guidance. its a little awkward, but heck- everyone is going to see you anyway when you give birth right? might as well practice not being shy. lol

I know what you mean, when I was pregnant, once I got so big I couldnt see to shave, so my husband did it for me lol and he enjoyed it!! Imagine that lol.
