I am 5 days past ovulation and having quite sharp twinges in my lower right hand side along with quite uncomfortable back ache!! The sides of my boobs are sore and today I had some pink CM/spotting that has now completely subsided. I also feel quite nauseated!!

You could be going through late ovulation hence the pain in the right hand side. It would be very unusual to have any symptoms of pregnancy so close to ovulation as the hormones to sustain a pregnancy are so undetectable at such an early stage. I would wait until the date of your next period to do a test.

yes sore boobs is a sign of pregnancy so is feeling nauseated take a home pregnancy test or have a blood test done good luck

Could be implantation spotting, goodluck! Get a test ready for in the next couple of weeks, sure signs your gonna be a mummy!!

Its a possibilty, if you miss your next period...congratulations :D Some people will say its too early for nausea, but with my second I was nauseous before I missed a period.

It could be a sign of pregnancy but it could always just be that your peroid is starting a new time to start.
