What are the procedures to apply to la sorbonne as a foreign undergrad? any chance i could get in without knowing french?

I don't think it's possible. Don't give up though. If you really want to do it, learn french, then apply. Otherwise, plan on studying abroad. They do teach some courses in English there, I don't think it's enough to matriculate.

I don't believe this is possible. If you go to their website, their entire website is in French. Furthermore, their education system is based on French standards and as far as I understand they do not have exchange agreements set in place for English-speaking students. Contact the French Alliance in your area for more information.
