No. That is what the border authorities are for.
It is the same as anywhere else. If you see someone committing a non-violent crime, you can't just shoot them... no one's life is in danger; although, you do have a right to make a citizen's arrest and detain them until the authorities arrive.

I'm going to answer your question with another question (and I'm not trying to be a smart ***), ...Do the police have the authority to stop crime even to the extent of using deadly force if necessary?
Crossing the border illegally is ILLEGAL!!!! ILLEGAL by definition is "...that which is contrary to established laws and regulations". By definition, not only does the CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) have the authority to stop illegal border crossing, ...they have a Constitutional DUTY to stop it!
If our Mexican brothers and sisters want to legally immigrate to this country to make a better life for themselves and their families, that's outstanding! You're more than welcome to do so as far as I'm concerned. Just do it legally like all the other foreign nationals who immigrate to this country do.

Yes. We have lost sight of the importance of Property. In the last several decades, there has been an international movement to get America to outlaw guns and get rid of any concept of private property. It is working.
Now we get sued if someone trespasses and somehow gets hurt on your property. If a spotted owl or wetland is discovered, you can't use your property. If poor people squat and grow a garden on your property, Hollywood celebrities chain themselves to your trees to protest you trying to remove them (internet search Darrel Hannah) and now, if illegals are crossing your property and you try to stop them, YOU get in trouble by your own government and the ACLU.
It all ties together. I believe the concepts of multi-culturalism, racial quotas, smoking bans, illegal immigration, American with Disabilities Act, minimum wage, eminent domain, etc are all small steps to take us as far from original intent as possible! They all trump property rights.

YES, shoot to kill, if that is what it takes to QUICKLY put an end to the invasion of criminal illegal alien terrorists, should be the order of the day on the border... Prison for those who hire the illegal aliens.

We have the right to protect and defend our borders against ANY illegal entry at any time.
Shocking them seems more humane than shooting them.

Yes. Every sovereign nation has the right to enforce its borders with whatever they consider due force. Now, whether we should go that far is another question entirely.
