I run an Environmental Education Center... I would like to collect native wildlife for the center... Someone brought me a small ground mole... How do you care for a ground mole? What do I feed him?? How big of a tank would he need?? Any advice would be appreciated.

You cant keep him or he will die.
They, and things like shrews eat constantly.
He will starve to death, very quickly.
They eat insects, grubs, worms, etc. And lots of them.
Their metabolism is amazingly fast.
Shrews can starve to death overnight. Moles have a similar
metabolism. Slower, but still very fast.
Additionally they are a burrowing animal and are seldom seen above the surface. He will be very stressed in the open.
My advise is to educate by teaching people that you cant keep these kind of animals. Yes, I agree they are neat to see and look at. But only make it a few hours and then let the little critter on his way.

Let the poor thing go. Unless it needs human care to survive, wild animals aren't there to be dragged from their homes and stuck in centres. If you don't even know what he will eat, I do not think you are suitable to be in charge of this little animal's life.
