The destruction of the middle class and the faliure of government. When people cant find work or are unsafe they band together and create their own laws for their neighborhood. Parental supervision has nothing to do with it if your living in hell, you survive, therefore doing what it takes to see tomorrow on a full stomach.

schools have gangs and kids who are abused and not have proper childhood join for attention and something to do. the effect of street gangs is, not good for any one . drugs and crime...
