If you want a decent holiday down the south coast you should try looking up "Garden Route" packages its all along the coast and two weeks stay booked through flightcentre should cost you about £600 , try staying away from Durban, because crime rate is very high on that side of the world and everything you get there you'll definitely get on the south coast for tourism that is.

Hibiscus Coast website refers to the the Indian Ocean coast from Durban to as far as Ramsgate. It will give you a detailed information about the beaches, hotels, transport, and any relevant special offers. It covers an area called South Coast (or Hibiscus coast). You will only have difficulty to choose from many magnificent places of South coast like Margate, Portshepstone, Uvongo, Amanzimtoti, Scottburgh, Hibberdine, Shelly Beach, the list is endless.

Scottburgh (which is the Natal South Coast)
My folks have a little self catering cottage there.
If you contact me via Yahoo (click on my avatar and contact me) I will give you the details, and if you tell my mom you're a friend of Anria's, I'm sure she will drop the price for you.
If it's a B&B you're after, just check the Umdoni Coast and Country website.

Hey, try the train backpackers in Mosselbay. It is a train right on the beach, I stayed there in Feb. Opt for the 2 bed rooms not the dorms. It is about R70 odd per night, breakfast included. Very clean and neat, all rooms look out on the beach, water is warm. Loads of things to do!
