Licensing for merchandise is all done at the MLB level. I'd suggest contacting the person listed for it on this page under "Major League Baseball Licensing Information."

They do all of their merchandising centrally for a number of reasons, include easier tracking of revenues and quality control.

You can contact a team but at the end of the day, MLB must give the OK for everything when it comes to teams or logos.

MLB........is the overall licensing company..........and the one who would file against someone for copyright infringement.
