Sadly Ally H's sentance (sic) doesn't make sense.
However, imagine a sign writer had written this pub sign:
"TheCoachandHorses" with no gaps between words.
You'd have to tell the sign writer, "You've not left enough space between "Coach" and "and" and "and" and Horses." 5 in a row and making perfect sense.

these guys are not using the word consecutively. Try this - 'When writing of Laurel and Hardy, there is no comma between Laurel and and and and and Hardy'.

Chris S has the answer closest to the one I heard before:
it was the 'Hand and Anchor' pub in the version I heard and the person was complaining to the signwriter that he hadn't left enough room between " 'and" and "and" and "and" and "anchor".

It depends on what you mean by "sense".

Consider this :

I heard Peter say "And and and and and and and and and and and and and and and and"

This statement above makes sense, though why Peter said it is not explained. Perhaps he said "and" all afternoon.

And we can request that an "and" be inserted between "and" and "and " and "and" and "and".

That sentance makes sense - thats 7!

If you split the phrase now and then into the first two words and the second two words, the shorter phrases are now and, and, and then

I think this works!!!

Infinitely, just begin with the word he, she or it, add a verb, then an and, then another verb and so on.
