ok lately i have been feeling really depressed and sad about alot of things, and freaking out about my bf and thinking hes cheating and stuff, do you think its cause i started the patch, but its weird because i have been using it for 2 years and i was off it for like 2 weeks, can it make me feel all that stuff again after only 2 weeks?

If you took it off for 2 weeks and are now wearing it again, I would say it is very possible that is why you are feeling that way. Hormones are a crazy thing!! And wearing the patch and then not and then wearing it again is going to throw your hormones off quite a bit. It should go away though.
BTW There have been a lot of bad side effects to the patch and I have seen articles where people died from blood clots, got pregnant anyway, where they think you get too much hormone at one time, all kinds of stuff so please be aware of that and talk to your doctor. You might need to quit using it all together and use a different type of BC.

The patch has the same side effects as any birth control, because of the hormones. Yes this sounds like side effects caused by the patch. My sister was on the patch, and it was hard to be around her, she faught with everybody, and then she got pregnant on the patch. Now I have a beautiful three month old nephew. I would go to a gynecologist and try another method of birth control.
