One day cricket is all about aggression, and unfortunately our caption Dravid is perhaps one of the most defencive player of all time. A person who is never ever willing to take risks can never win any matches against stronger teams like Australia, west indies etc..
lets not talk about India defeating Sri lanka and Pakistan as they were playing par below their potential and India had benefit of subcontinental conditions.
So my thinking is that Dravid should not be caption at all, someone like Kumble or Sachin can take over him.
Talking about players, i'd say the current team is fine except for few players like Raina can be replaced by the likes of Gambhir and Dinesh Mongia.
one last thing..
"Matches are not won by players alone, attitude is equally important" and with a defensive attitude in one day cricket (thanks to our great 'Wall') i dont see any future of indian team in upcoming world cup.

Bring back ganguly,laxman.No need of raina.If India looses early wicket say in the 2nd or 3rd over bring Dravid, if India looses wicket say after 10 overs let it be either pathan, dhoni or yuvraj.Make full use of batsman like Dhoni.Zaheer,Agarkar,Patel and Ifran (2 or 3 of them) should be the one playing as a bowler,then bhajji,kumble or powar ,depending on wicket.Kaif should come before dravid if india gets to a good start.I they take all these playes into team then depending on wicket they can get best combination.

First of all plyers should try to learn how to play according to the situation of the match. Secondly each player should play to his potential with dedication, committment and determination to win.
Bowlers should learn to bowl accurately with correct line and length and make the batsman to play all the balls. Fielders should be more atheletics in the field and make the batsman at the opposite side to earn every run and not give any easy run.
Once they adapt to these measures, India can aim to win the World Cup.
