You know, if you are a teen and want a site for teen programmers, then you'll have some headaches trying to find it. This is because programming is something you do or you don't do, and there are no levels such as kids-teens-grownups. Instead, you have begginer-intermediate-advanced programming. So, if you want code, tutorials, etc., look for a site specific to your language preference.

For most common programming languages (C++, C++.NET, C#, ASP, VB.NET) - except java- and also for SQL and XML, I strongly reccomend The Code Project:

For visual basic I suggest you look out for vbcity.com

For c/c++ try cprogramming.com or cplusplus.com

Infact if you search languagues on google there is always a tutorial site that turns up!!!
