A guy was sitting on a train. Opposite this guy sat three people in a row. The person in the middle of this row of three people, was staring directly at the guy throughout his journey, whilst the other two sitting either side looked suspicious. As the guy got off the train he realised why the person in the middle was staring at him constantly: he was actually dead and the two sitting either side had killed him. Anyone know where that story is from? thanks

I heard a similar story about the Yamanote line in Tokyo. The story was that someone died on the train, and as the trains go round and round all day, much like the circle line in London, noone realised the person was dead, as people tend to mind their own business, and many people sleep on the train in Tokyo. Don't know if it's true though, I can quite believe it of Tokyo.

I've heard something on a similar line to this, and I think it was mentioned in Collateral, with Tom Cruise and Jamie Fox. In this, one of the characters brought up the story that a guy riding a subway train had died, and noted that it took many, many stops before anyone noticed, even though people were sitting next to him etc. I don't know if he had been murdered though.

Hope this helps!

I have not heard the story before but it makes me think of a movie called Weekend at Bernie. The movie was a dark comedy, though. This story is only dark.

The person in the middle was actually me. I wasn't dead just brain dead because the people sitting next to me were Jehovah's witnesses and had preached at me all journey causing all my brain activity to cease to protect my sanity

The man in the middle probably drank some of the railway coffee.

A few years ago in South Africa, 2 men walked in to a post office supporting a third man who was their Grandfather. They took him along to collect his pension and he did not look too well.
In fact he was dead.
This is a true story
