It depends on what you're looking for, the size of the group, and the material the group is allowed to do. But I'd check out some old classics, like "Our Town" by Thorton Wilder and any Tennessee Williams show ("Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" is my personal favorite). You could also look at a Neil Simon anthology if you want a little lighter fare. If you can handle something totally off the wall, look at some Tom Stoppard..."Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead" is hilarious, though it will be over some heads, and the same is true for Eugene Ionesco's "The Bald Soprano." There are so many options!

For 24 teens to perform? No, not personally. But I do know some plays yoy could, try to find the script for. Potman Spoke Sooth.
Keep The Home Fires Burning (it's a Christmas one). I don't recall the name, but there was one play I watched in high school, in which someone asks a neighbor for some twine, so that he/she could hang himself/herself. Not sure if it's the same play, but I also remember one a scene inwhich a man either spoke of or described being in a bath tub that's filled with ice and beer.
