I have deleted it twice and redownloaded it, and I have checked all of my firewalls, they are turned off, but I'm still getting it at the bottom blocking the globe, and I have also did the gnuetella deal.l and it says i am connected. So can u please help me, I need it to work.

They do not all have to be green I think it will work with 3 or 4 green bars lit up but yes they all should be green. Something is blocking it check your security settings and other setting that could be blocking it if still no luck unplug your firewall and see if it works if not try resetting your modem and router buy unplugging them for 10 seconds (Make sure your computer is off) if that dose nothing not sure what it could be at this point.
Also I had free version and all my bars were green

if you got the free one you never will. Get the Pro version and it will be turbocharged--all the bars
