Don't know I've wondered that myself, I suppose they think that they can only look good by exposing themselves. They should really think before they do though- I read an article recently in a magazine about a teenage dirl who nearly died due to an illness picked up because she kept going out in the cold wearing skimpy clothing. She learnt her lesson and now makes sure she's dressed for the weather.

HaHa i do agree - not many girls do that but you cant help staring at ones who do! BUT a lot of womens clothes are cut to start low on the hips (jeans) and tops to end just below the belly button so sometimes thats why.

Young girls are easily influenced and want to wear what they see celebrities wearing. they care more about being stylish than practical. Its just a phase
