ps2 is way better than xbox and gamecube
imagine how good ps3 is gonna be
ps3 is using blue-ray which is 5 times bigger than dvd so that means 5 times better grafix than before, 2 times better than xbox 360 and wifii
sony and like 10 other research companies have spent like 5 years on an extreme and special microprocessor that will have 8 other procesors in it
u can also use psp as a remote control and transfer music, videos, and pics to ps3
ps3 can also have a 20 or 60 gigabyte hard drive that you can remove wich is hecka tight
ps3 is coming out in 2 weeks ($500 or $600)
ps3 is da bomb no doubt

it will really all depend on what you want. if you want fun practical party games and an amazing resource of games then go with the wii. nintendo is providing a website that you can download almost any game they have ever had on any system straight to your wii which is a library bigger than any other system can touch. but with the wii you have the odd controller, however you can opt to get a normal controller for only 19.99. the wii does not have as good as graphics tho. the ps3 is garbage. it has so many amazing things that right now, no software maker is ready to accomodate. yes it has the blu ray, but who knows if that is even going to take off. and the $600 price tag makes you questions whether or not sony forgot that video games are for kids. the xbox 360 is your safest all around bet. not many younger games but a decent library. plus you have halo 3 on the way. and the xbox has the available hd dvd drive

I'm gonna have to go with the Nintendo Wii. It really is a great console from the news I've seen so far. I really want to see what Zelda's gonna be like with that controller. If not the Wii then I'll go with the Xbox 360 'cos it's really great too. If not either of them then I'll just stick to PC games, 'cos I hate PlayStation and the PS3 is ridiculously expensive.

360 bc they are now coming out with a blu ray drive like the ps3, and they are coming out with way better games such as gears of war and halo 3 etc. wii is only for kids and ps3 is way to expensive and they are having all their good games for 360 except socom and which i may say ghost recon is better

ps3 looks pretty nice but its way too expensive. therefore xbox 360 is my choice. i dont really like nintendo i think unless the wii does really well this will be their last system
