you shouldnt have let him have the smoke in the first place. Leave him outside the door when you decided to smoke. It only takes a month to get it out of the system... lol

No you can put the patch on inside the ear it will work.
Really, I had a cat who received a medication that was absorbed thru the skin, I rubbed it inside the ears, I had to put latex gloves or "finger cots" (glove tips) on first, so I didn't absorb it.
