Yes about $60, I have even more now i also have a nickle jar and a dime jar and a quarter jar. I just drop all my change into the bottom of my purse when it gets heavy i empty it in to the jars. Works for me.

Mostly pennies, but has some other change too.
I know this guy that has a 5 gal water bottle filled to the top with quarters. You can't even bugde it. There has to thousands of dollars in it. Its pretty amazing.

Yeah, I keep a change jar wherever I am in the world. Most I ever had was like the equivalent of US 200 dollar in Bahrain.

Of course! I don't count it on a regular basis, but I remember a penny shortage in the '70s. My bank gave out coupons for free Mickey D's for each 100 pennies turned it. I got enough to eat there for a month! (But I didn't -- I spread out the free food.)

I have a great big jar and put pennies in it to give to my Grand kids the next time we go on vacation. I think the last time we had about $30.00.

I have always collected pennies and other coins in coffee mugs and piggy banks. When the mugs and banks get full I cash them in. In pennies, my personal best was $99. In quarters it was almost $700. It really adds up.

I do, except it also has nickels, dimes, and quarters. No half dollars and dollar coins yet, but I'm working on it. :) Last time I cashed my coins, it around $17 and change left over. Right now, my best estimate is $5.34 in my "coin" jar.
