I personally do not think John Kerry was joking. He said exactly what he meant. I don't think he would know what a sense of humor was if it came up a bit him in the a**!!

1. He didn't write the joke, his speechwriters did.
2. He's an idiot and he didn't read the joke right. He was supposed to say that if you don't study, you'll end up an uneducated, intellecturally incurious person who'll get us stuck in Iraq.
So he basically can't read his own speech right.
I've met the man. He has no imagination and no initiative. He's an opportunist at best. Bush might not be the most impressive guy, but he's got balls, and he got better grades than Kerry at Yale.

I can't stand that guy! It was a rude thing to do, what he said, and he has a bad sense of humor. I'm still glad I didn't vote for him!
These liberals and democrats need to find out a better way to attract voters to their campaigns in ways other than making slanderous remarks about Bush or joking about Bush. It's getting old, and it is pathetic.

I think it was a Freudian slip by a fraud. He had spoken negative of our military on at least two other times, you know. If he WAS trying to make a joke, it would not have been very funny as GW had better grades in college than Kerry did.

You have to have a brain to have a sense of humor, so obviously he doesn't. Read "Unfit for Command" to see what a waste he was in Viet Nam. He's worse than evil. He is a traitor. The lowest level in hell, according to Dante.

Was he joking? Didn't sound like it.
Do I think he sounded evis? Yes, without a doubt.
Does he have a sense of humor? Not that I've ever seen

I believe that either he meant to say it, or it was a fraudian slip that he regrets making... Either way, I think that Kerry does think this way towards us and never have nor will ever stand up for him!!! If he cannot stand up for us and only puts us down, then I shouldn't have to stand up for him... And I find it HIGHLY AMUSING that even the audience that stood there and listened to his speech were chuckling along with him... NOT FUNNY!!!!

Yeah, he was making fun of Bush. It was actually like the fourth Bush joke in that speech. But he does look like very odd, so it is hard to get his facial expressions.

Libs are never evil only Republicans have the "evil" gene, didn't they teach you that in biology?
