one extreme is immediatley-usually after a month or so-if you think you are, find out asap! a neg result does not always mean negative, so try it again later. Many test kits come with two for that reason!

That is individual, I always knew I was pregnant within 48 hours of concieving, some women can go as much as six weeks with no symptoms...if you think you are, see your doctor and find out for sure.

You can have symptoms immediately, actually. It may not be typical, but it is possible and does happen. As soon as that egg attaches itself to the inside of your uterus, your body begins to change and symptoms are possible.

I had symptoms within an hour of conception...I couldn't stay awake and that lasted the whole first trimester.
also if you are taking any medication or illegal drugs and they react differently that would show up immediately

Everyone's body is different. I knew in less than a month. Some women who have irregular cycles don't know for months.
