the first symptom is that u miss your period. that is within the 28-30 days after your last one. and if yours is not regular and u have no way of knowing if its just delayed, then within 40-45 days u get symptoms of nausea and vomitting.
u tend to feel tired and may get aversions to certain foods and get cravings for certain foods. some may love to over indulge in certain foods, while others tend to feel dizzy and over-exerted. when u come across any of these and if u suspect possiblity of a pregnancy, then u have pregnancy kits across the pharmacy counters or even in walmart, where u can do the urine test to confirm pregnancy.

You can start having symptoms right away, but after the first couple of weeks you should be able to tell if it was just a fluke day or two, or if you really could be pregnant It's difficult because you cannot show on a test that early usually, so you are going to have to wait it out for a small bit of time. It takes 2 weeks for that egg to go down your tube once fertilized and attach. So 2 weeks after the intercourse... give or take a few days depending on your body. I had the implantation bleeding 10 days after sex. Good luck. Sometimes you don't get symptoms until kicks! I had morning sickness fom week 6- week 13.
