I am a mother and step mom to four small little boys, id love to have a girl!!!! im 7 weeks pregnant.....you really think i have a chance lol......Boys are tough lol, i dont want to be the only girl anymore :P But boys are alot of fun, im just ready for a small change. I completely understand your wanting a girl, only here it's the other way around. We have three girls and my husband is desperate for a boy! I keep telling him not to hold his breath because it looks like the odds are against us, but who knows, it's 50/50 no matter how you look at it. Good luck! They can usually tell the sex between 18 and 24 weeks, but I'd trust the later u/s, we were told with our last one that we were having a boy, well our little boy turned in to a Mikayla Anne when the doctor shouted "It's a GIRL!" I though my husband was going to faint. Good luck!

:-) Hope you get your wish! I am in my 17th week, and have 3 boys adn one girl...I want another daughter too. Generally, the best time is around 20 weeks for the ultrasound where you can find the sex. I've read that there IS a slim chance as early as 16 weeks or so, but it is far more accurate in week 20 (though still no guarantee)

around 18 weeks you can know the sex of the baby...my dr wanted to wait until 22 weeks so there wouldn't be any mistakes and things would be a little more developed. I'm having a baby girl! I hope you get your girl too, but we can't assure you that, the sex is gonna be whatever God's intentions are for your family. Wish you the best

It depends on the method of how they will be finding out the gender. Typically with sonograms they can tell you as early as 16 weeks sometimes, though the average time frame is 18-20 weeks. If you are having an amnio done, they can tell as early as 13 weeks or so. Good luck!

Um you have a 50/50 chance silly....It is up to fate. Don't wish for a girl wish for good health. You'll be happy either way. I think they do the tests at about 5 months (although they aren't always accurate!)

lol there is mostly boy's in my family and the lady that done my ultrasound last week said that i'm having a boy LOL i think you might have a chance its possible they can tell around 16 weeks and up what your having i'm 5 months i can't wait to have him ;) but good luck and congrats i hope you get what you wan't ;)

24 weeks to be sure. I hear you. I have two boys and all I've ever wanted is a girl. I can't justify more than 3 kids so if my next isn't a girl I'm going to go crazy. I'm hoping hard for you.
