My computer says 'The instruction at 0X0753cd52 referenced memory could not be read' as I turn off. Ideas!!

Its nothing to do with spyware! An application is causing you this issue. Check the event logs. Right click on my computer>manage>events> Look in applications log it may give you a better idea of your issue

scan for viruses,spyware, etc. it sounds like a program is having a hard time shutting down maybe due to some part of it missing or memory having problems with its paging files. also try defraging your pc. good luck!

this is a RAM problem, but if it only happens in like 1 program, do not worry
