Well, these women I am speaking of work in the buildings around them which are mostly corporate offices and I wear a 10 but I wear it well I don't buy clothes that look too small or like I am trying to stuff NY into DC and I see how some ladies who have some inconsistencies put themselves together very well and was wondering if when the other women who put on the too small looking clothes see what I and everyone else sees and I wonder if they know that some things should be form fitting but there are flattering clothes for women of all sizes that don't look too small and cheesy. (Note most of these woman are making between the six figure dollar range and mid 60 thousands!)

same reason why other girls wear tight jeans..it shouldn't matter what the body looks like...we as a society made the reference as to what women should look like. It's just a body...not offending anyone. They have some curves and they like to show them...i think it's better than those skinny or thick women wearing half clothing ...that's bad....sometimes on a larger women it is kinda better to hug a little...a loser fit would only make them look even bigger,,,,but i know what you mean...

I don't know. I am a plus size woman, and although I am smaller than I was, I cannot afford to purchase new clothes, so I try to make the best of what I have available.
A friend of mine and I came to an agreement about a year ago - there needs to be a class, not in "fashion", but rather the proper uses of a mirror, because the way some people dress it is obvious they don't own one, or if they do they do not properly use it.

Some possible answers:
1. The extra padding is relatively new, and those clothes fit quite well until a few weeks ago. They're still hoping to lose it, so...
2. They figure they're fat, and therefore unattractive, and are also confused about how to be 'sexy,' and think their only hope is to be 'sexy' via form-fitting clothes.
3. They haven't any idea how to shop; don't know what a good fit should look like, don't know which fabrics won't expose every bulge, etc.

Why do women do this to each other? Why don't you ask them? That's why women don't et along now! Women need to stop judging other women so much! Hello? Men do the same thing!! You don't know those people(s) situations, and if you really cared so much then you should be woman enough to go up to them and ask them why they are wearing what they are wearing. Then maybe offer some friendly advice and then offer to pay for the clothes too.

Most women don't dress in the morning thinking about how their attire is going to affect other women. They wear what feels comfortable to them and what they think they look good in. Different people have different perspectives on what looks good and some may think that something you wore that you thought looked good..looks horrible...it's all about different opinions and different taste. The fact is skinny women can look just as bad in form fitting clothes as curvy women can..because they have little to show.
What I find strange about your question is that you referred specifically to curvy women..what about the 'curvy' men in the corporate world, should they wear loose clothing too? What about the guy that comes to work in plaid pants..should he have to change in order to appease others? Is it acceptable for a skinny woman to turn up wearing a shirt and skirt that leaves little to the imagination..purely based on the fact that she is skinny?
I could understand it being a problem if ANY professional person turned up at work wearing clothing that was blatantly inappropriate..whether it be too form fitting or just plain out of place..that would certainly be grounds for some kind of reprimand, but to limit it to 'curvy' women...is just plain wrong.
Basically speaking..we're a hodge podge of different shapes all wearing what we think is acceptable..and we have to learn to live with the fact that even curvy people are afforded the right to free will in their choice of dress....
if you find it to be visually offensive...don't look

Sometimes girls/women don't see the truth in what they look like because they don't want to see it so they wear clothes that stick to there bumps and stuff because they think they look attractive. But the truth is that they don't want to accept the truth about their bodies and that's because they are intimidated by those skinny models that are on TV.

I see what you mean, some women wear clothes too tight but they should wear clothing that is somewhat form fitting. If they wear big baggy clothes it's going to make them look bigger. but there is a limit to how tight something should be.

Well, there are 2 possible answers here. 1: maybe they do not realise that it does not flatter them and they just wear it because they like how it looks. or 2: it is possible that what you think would be flatering they think would be unflattering. I personally agree with you, but what can you really do about what other people think?

I do that because I can't afford to buy more clothes and I used to be really skinny so they looked good back then but not now.

Because curves look good in tight clothing. I don't know what you mean, unless you are just being nice and actually meant fat? Being curvey and being fat are not one in the same you know!
