Why do people have kids if they are gonna act like this?

Lady is in the Navy - leaves a 2 & 3 year duct taped together all day long......
They need to take the kids and put them in a home that will love them more than that.

Because some people are sick and have no business reproducing. That's disgusting. Where is the outrage of pro lifers now?

you would think there would be grandparents, aunts / uncles . some family to take care of the kids..
