Ummmm a guess this purely but I think and its totally random this but it has something to do with books, ( a cover front and back few words in the middle you read it, laugh cry sigh) and then I think perhaps it might be about Authors ( people who put pen to paper, sat up all night got back ache thinking and typing and scribbling)
Absolute guess though.

i'm assuming, from the syntax within the category itself, that it refers to people associated with the spaghetti western movement in Italian cinema and the forces with which it posessed a more juvenile agenda... other than that i'd say it's probably for lovers of the film gremlins 2.
